1. Payment Failed #

Possible Causes:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired or declined
  • Incorrect billing details

What to Do:

  • Verify your payment method details
  • Try a different card or payment option
  • Contact your bank for more information

2. Charged But Subscription Not Activated #

What to Check:

  • Confirm if you received a payment receipt or confirmation email
  • Try logging out and logging back into the app
  • Wait a few minutes, as sometimes activation can be delayed

3. Charged After Cancelling Subscription #

Explanation:

  • If you cancelled after your billing cycle started, you may still be charged for the current period. No further charges will occur afterward.


What to Do:

  • Check your cancellation date
  • Review your billing history.

4. Unable to Cancel Subscription #

What to Do:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the correct account
  • For in-app subscriptions, go to Settings > Subscription> More options > Cancel Plan.
