Introduction #

Welcome to the Patient Application. This platform allows patients to manage their health records, communicate with therapists, attend sessions, and track progress.

Using the application, you can:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Book or join therapy sessions
  • Fill out required forms
  • Track treatment plans
  • View reports and progress
  • Receive notifications from therapists

Creating a New Account (Sign Up) #

To start using the application, you must first create an account.

Steps to Sign Up

  • Open the Patient Application.
  • Tap Sign Up button on the login screen.
  • Enter the required details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Date of Birth
    • Phone Number
    • Password
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Tap Signup.

Email Verification

After signing up, a OTP verification Popup will appear on the screen and a verification email will be sent to your registered email address.

Steps:

  • Open your email inbox.
  • Find or copy the OTP given in email.
  • Enter OTP in the verification Popup
  • Click the Verify OTP button.

Your account will now be activated. In most cases you will be redirected to login page. If not then go to Login.

Login Into the App #

Once your account is created, you can log in anytime.

Steps to Sign In

  • Open the Patient Application.
  • Enter your Email Address.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Tap Sign In.

You will be redirected to your Dashboard.
